Dr. Rask is a member of the CDC Cardiovascular Disease Coordination Committee for the Community Preventive Services Task Force. The committee published a review of pharmacy interventions for medication adherence, showing that tailored pharmacy-based interventions are cost effective for cardiovascular disease prevention and have a favorable ROI from the health system perspective.
