Tod Citron is the Executive Director of Behavioral Health at Alliant Health Solutions.

Citron possesses more than 25 years of experience as a healthcare leader focused on improving quality of care, and operational and financial performance. Prior to joining the Alliant team, he served as the Chief Executive Officer at Cobb-Douglas Community Service Boards for 16 years. As CEO, Citron was responsible for the social mission, operations and financial performance of the community-based behavioral health care and developmental disability provider organization. He successfully led the organization's workforce of 500 team members who served 14,000 patients annually, in 45 locations. Prior to that, Citron worked as the Administrative Director of the Behavioral Healthcare Network, directing behavioral care operations for two Atlanta-based hospitals.

Highly dedicated to community service, Citron served as Chairman of the Cobb County Continuum-of-Care Governing Board. He previously served on numerous additional boards including those for the Georgia Health Information Network, Inc., Cobb Community Collaborative, Inc., and the Peachstate Information Network, Inc.

Citron holds an MSW from Atlanta University and an MS in Health Care Policy and Administration from Mercer University. Prior to that, he received his bachelor’s degree in Communications/Psychology from State University of New York at Oswego.
